What is DTF?

As the name suggests, a direct-to-film printer allows you to print a design on a film and transfer it directly to the intended surface, such as fabric. The key reason why the printer DTF is gaining prominence is the freedom it gives you to choose almost any surface for printing.

What is the Direct to Film Process?

Direct to Film or DTF is a process that transfers prints onto fabric or other substrates using a heat-press mechanism. Unlike the DTG method, which only works on cotton fabrics, the Printer DTF method can work on cotton and poly blends.

The printing industry has experienced rapid growth in recent times, with more and more organizations moving to DTF Printers. The use of Printer Direct to Film or Printer DTF allows you to obtain simplicity, convenience, consistency in performance with a wide range of color.

Why choose DTF?

This allows for very exact ink quantities, meaning vibrant colors, opaque whites as well as remarkably sharp and fine edges. DTF film absorbs almost every drop of color, so even high levels of detail and color gradients are no problem.

How does the DTF process work?

Step 1: Find the design(s) (create or purchase)
Step 2: Upload the design(s) i n the appropriate (PNG) format
Step 3: DTF Transfers are printed
Step 4: DTF Transfers are shipped
Step 5: Heat Press the DTF Transfers on desired product and that is it!

Can Direct To Film transfers be applied to dark garments like black?

Yes, DTF Transfers can go on any color fabric, including black!

Can these go on 100% cotton?

Yes! DTF Transfers adheres to any fabric including 100% cotton, polyester, and blends! Even denim and leather!

Can I use your transfers for commercial use?

Yes, my transfers are made to be used for personal and commercial use, which means you can use them to start a t-shirt business!

What are the dimensions of the Ready To Press Transfers that model is wearing on the website?

All Aint She Precious Prints transfer sizes are estimates. Designs shown on model, are approximately 11-11.5 inches wide while the lengths vary depending on the design.

Will you fix typos and design errors?

Aint She Precious Prints isn’t responsible for designer errors. Due to steady printing traffic, I am unable to inspect every print. I print what you send.
